Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to professional services sold by Wonder Technolabs (website development, SEO, digital marketing, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management and social media marketing). It is designed to be clear, fair and compatible with commonly accepted e-commerce and advertising-platform standards, including Google Ads and Meta Ads destination requirements (clear business identity, contact details, and honest refund terms). It does not promise advertising results.
If a signed quotation or agreement contains a specific refund clause, that clause prevails for that project.
1. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@wondertechnolabs.com from the address used in your inquiry or contract, with your name, company, invoice/quotation number and reason. We will confirm receipt and respond within a reasonable period (typically 7 business days).
2. Cooling-off before work starts
If you cancel in writing within 7 days of the first payment for a new project and we have not started substantial work (including strategy documents, designs, development, campaign builds or ad launches), you may request a refund of that first professional-fee payment, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred at your instruction (see Section 4).
3. After work has started
If you cancel after work has started, fees for completed milestones, hours already spent and booked resources are due. We may offer a partial refund of unused professional fees at our reasonable discretion, documented in writing. Completed deliverables that have been paid for remain licensed as described in our Terms.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are not refundable once purchased, activated or spent, because they are consumed by third parties or by live campaigns:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn or other media spend paid to advertising platforms.
- Domain registration, SSL, hosting, email hosting and server charges.
- Third-party licences (themes, plugins, stock, fonts, SaaS tools).
- Campaigns, creatives or ads already launched or approved to run.
- Government or registrar fees.
You remain responsible for advertising accounts in your name and for remaining media budgets on those platforms.
5. Recurring retainers (SEO, ads, social)
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with written notice as stated on your quotation (if none is stated, 30 days’ notice). Fees for the current notice period are payable. We do not refund retainers for months already delivered. Unused future months billed in advance may be refunded after deducting work already performed in the notice period.
6. Quality issues
If a paid deliverable materially fails to match the written scope, tell us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will first attempt a reasonable revision. A refund is considered only if we cannot meet the agreed scope after that revision cycle. Differences of creative taste, ranking fluctuations, ad-platform rejections, or lower-than-hoped lead volume are not automatic grounds for a full refund.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of work and recovery of collection costs where permitted by law.
8. Processing refunds
Approved refunds of professional fees are returned by the original payment method where practicable, typically within 14 business days after approval. Bank or gateway delays are outside our control. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original invoice unless we agree otherwise.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer or contract law of your country. For business-to-business contracts, this policy and the quotation form the commercial agreement.
